The Software Quality Manager guarantees reliable, efficient software that meets customer expectations. He defines quality policies, supervises teams and optimizes development processes. This key position offers the opportunity to contribute to major technological projects in a collaborative environment.

Over the past 6 years, we have acquired over 4,000 business customers and let's continue to strengthen our network of 60,000 TouchPoint within 23 countries. We have also built and regularly enrich a catalog of more than 350 digital services which you benefit from as the integrations progress. We are in a position to collect and settle for our customers across the continent with a solution that provides access to payment acceptance, loyalty, digital credit, real-time reporting, service distribution, mass payment, billing, invoicing, deferred or multiple payment per purchase, cash flow management, money transfer and intercontinental settlement.


MISSIONS

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Software Quality Manager's role is to set up, monitor and control all processes, best practices and tools in order to guarantee the quality of the software and platforms deployed in production.

  • Establishment of a forge to support software development;
  • Implementation and updates of the coding standard according to the languages used and approved;
  • Establishment and updates of a best practice guide for source and version management;
  • Management of the functional recipe procedure;
  • Management of software quality requirements;
  • Participation in the CAB (Change Advisory Board);
  • Participation in the Architecture Review Committee;


SEARCH PROFILE

  • You have a Bac +5 background in computer science (Master MIAGE or engineering school), with solid experience in software development within teams;
  • You have experience in defining and monitoring development standards and quality standards.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Your skills in incident management and incident resolution (MCO) are proven;
  • You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Your management skills and ability to train and guide teams are recognized;
  • You have a sense of organization, methodology and rigor;
  • You know how to be persuasive and have a sense of negotiation to ensure the adoption of norms and standards;
  • Your spirit of initiative and your strong sensitivity to security issues are a real asset in your work.
