MISSIONS
The development of the Touch Group involves an increase in legal studies in order to be able to support the changes in progress and respond, as soon as possible, to the requests of General Management and Operational Departments (Sales, Marketing and Products, HR, Administrative and Financial, and Products, HR, Administrative and Financial, Technical,...) for the group's activities in Africa and around the world.
The Lawyer, a member of a multidisciplinary team, will be in charge of the following missions:
- Secure Intouch's commitments to any third party (partners, subsidiaries, subsidiaries, subsidiaries, employees, administration) by participating in the development and analysis of any draft contract and agreement;
- Manage Intouch's relationship with its legal and tax advisers;
- Assist the development of the TOUCH Group by participating in the creation of its subsidiaries, maintaining the legal organization chart and securing relationships between subsidiaries;
- Ensure the legal secretariat of INTOUCH: approval of accounts, monitoring of corporate mandates, renewal of CAC, capital transactions, financial restructuring, sale of participations, maintenance of company registers and records of transfer of shares;
- Participate in negotiations with the various partners/customers;
- Perform the legal validation of contracts and regulations in Senegal and in the rest of the Touch Group's scope of intervention;
- Alert on the legal risks associated with the exercise by INTOUCH of its activities;
- Investigate legal cases and represent INTOUCH before administrative and judicial authorities with the support of third party consultants;
- Assess the opportunity or risks of initiating or continuing litigation procedures and, where appropriate, conducting amicable litigation;
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring; - Set up and monitor legal reporting and monitoring tools.
SEARCH PROFILE
- BAC + 5 in Private or Business Law;
- Minimum five (05) years of experience in law firms or businesses as a lawyer;
- Autonomy;
- Adaptability;
- Editorial ability;
- Relational ease;
- Working languages: French and English.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good ability to analyze a legal diagnosis.
- Good knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
- Good Knowledge of Financial Services
