Created in 2014, InTouch is a pan-African fintech specialized in payment solutions, the aggregation of digital services and the acquisition and management of distribution networks.

We offer a tailor-made, single-account, multi-channel, multi-channel, modular, modular, platform and device agnostic payment solution that manages all of our customers' transaction needs in a secure, efficient and simple manner.

Over the past 6 years, we have acquired over 4,000 business customers and let's continue to strengthen our network of 60,000 TouchPoint in 23 countries.

We take advantage of this multi-country distribution network by making it available to our partners and customers for the collection of payments and the distribution of their services. We have also built and regularly enrich a catalog of more than 350 digital services which you benefit from as the integrations progress.

We are in a position to collect and settle for our customers across the continent with a solution that provides access to payment acceptance, loyalty, digital credit, real-time reporting, service distribution, mass payment, billing, invoicing, deferred or multiple payment per purchase, cash flow management, money transfer and intercontinental settlement.

MISSIONS

Reporting to the Human and Legal Resources Department, the Senior Legal Manager must support ongoing changes and respond, as soon as possible, to requests from General Management and operational departments (Sales, Marketing and Products, HR, Administrative and Financial, Technical, HR, HR, Administrative and Financial, Technical,) for the group's activities in Africa.

Its missions consist in:

• Advise the group and its subsidiaries in the legal field and ensure legal monitoring in the daily functioning of the company in the various areas of its activity;

• Prepare meetings of corporate bodies (CA, Audit Committee, AG) and provide the legal secretariat for meetings of company bodies and assisted participations;

• Represent the Company during all phases of judicial and administrative investigations;

• Complete and transmit to lawyers litigation files including Judicial Recovery;

• Systematically verify the veracity and compliance with the law of the various duties, taxes, fees and taxes claimed by public services;

• Oversee the preparation and signing of all of the company's contractual commitments;

• Assist departments and services in decision-making and in the conduct of daily activities and issue recommendations on the way forward to protect the interests of the Company;

• Coordinate regulatory monitoring on all of the subsidiary's activities;

• Conduct a risk analysis on the Company's activities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations as well as with the standards of the Company's Commitments Group;

• Supervise the actions of lawyers;

• Perform any other tasks required by the hierarchy.

SEARCH PROFILE 

With a background greater than or equal to Bac+5 in Business Law, you have a confirmed experience of at least 10 years and you have/are:

• Experience in new technology law, Digital and commercial law in Africa, in digital law/new technology/remote sales/data protection;

• A good command of English;

• Good listening skills;

• Good analytical and negotiation skills;

• Excellent written and oral expression;

• Agile (several different interlocutors to manage at the same time).

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Good ability to analyze a legal diagnosis.

• Good knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
